As per the Philippines Government laws and regulations that are channelled in this regard by the Philippines Overseas Employment Agency (P.O.E.A), An employer with the intention of hiring a Filipino manpower should process a Job Order (J.O) in his country of business establishment. The J.O. shall be attested and legalized by the Philippine Labour Office and Consulate in your country. For details of the J.O contents and requirements. Please note that the exact requirements and layout of the J.O may slightly vary from country to another. Kindly check with the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in your place.
Upon completion of the J.O. papers, The following should be forwarded to us in order to process the registration of your J.O with P.O.E.A. The processing fee shall be shouldered by us.
